Returns & Custom Orders

Many Memory Laze Engraving products are personalized or made to order. Customized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details because of an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the order and work with you on an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Non-personalized items may be considered for return if they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back so return instructions can be provided.

Please review names, dates, spelling, artwork, sizing, colors, and other personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Customer-approved or customer-supplied errors may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
