Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate names, dates, spelling, artwork, logos, placement instructions, quantities, and other personalization details. Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has begun.
Artwork and Content
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other content for engraving, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that content and authorize Memory Laze Engraving to reproduce it solely as needed to complete your order.
Proofs and Production
When a design proof is provided, production may begin after approval. Production times vary based on product type, artwork complexity, quantity, inventory availability, and order volume. Any requested event date should be communicated before ordering when timing is critical.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Custom quotes may have separate pricing based on quantity, materials, artwork preparation, and project requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Returns and Order Issues
Personalized and custom-made products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for preference changes. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details, contact us promptly with the order information and photographs so the issue can be reviewed. You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
