Product Description

Engraving for Your Customer-Supplied Item

Request custom text engraving on an approved Bible, watch, jewelry item, notebook, or another suitable customer-supplied item. Every item must be reviewed for material, coating, shape, and engraving access before you ship or drop it off.

Pricing

  • One-time setup fee: $40 per unique design/order.
  • First 35 text characters: $25 per item.
  • Characters 36–70: add $20 per item.

For a new design, add one “New design” item and keep its quantity at 1. To engrave additional items with that same unchanged design in the same order, add them separately using “Same design in this order / approved reorder.” This prevents the $40 setup fee from being charged more than once. For more than 70 characters, multiple designs, or complex artwork, use the Custom Order form for a quote.

Text style options

Choose Classic Serif, Modern Sans Serif, Script, Bold Block, Elegant Cursive, Monogram, Typewriter, Western, Gothic, or Minimalist. Select the style on the product page or include the exact style name in Design Notes.

Before sending your item

  • Choose the item type, text-length price tier, text style, and engraving placement.
  • Enter the exact engraving text and add design notes.
  • Do not ship or drop off your item until Memory Laze Engraving confirms acceptance and provides instructions.

Customer-supplied items are handled carefully, but engraving suitability must be confirmed before work begins.

Can I use my own logo? Yes. Upload PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF artwork directly with the product before adding it to cart.

Can I request placement? Yes. Choose a placement option and add notes for exact positioning.

Will I see a proof? For detailed artwork, logos, or bulk orders, a proof may be provided before engraving.
